1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the the Hoboken Madd Hatter website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), including any policies referenced herein (e.g. Privacy Policy, Messaging Policy). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.

4. A2P Messaging / SMS / MMS
4.1 Consent & Opt-In
By providing your mobile phone number and checking any opt-in box (or otherwise affirmatively consenting), you authorize Hoboken Madd Hatter (and its agents or service providers) to send you periodic SMS/MMS messages, including marketing/promotional offers, event notifications, special deals, and operational messages (e.g. reservation reminders). Message frequency may vary.
4.2 Message Terms

Help / Support: You may reply “HELP” to any SMS message to receive instructions or support.

Opt-Out / STOP: At any time, you may reply “STOP” to an SMS message to unsubscribe from future messages. After receiving “STOP,” we may send a final confirmation message and then cease further messaging (excluding necessary service messages).

Resubscription: If you later wish to receive messages again, you may opt in again at our Site or by other means, subject to compliance with applicable law.

Compliance: We will not send content that violates laws or regulations (e.g. spam, prohibited content).
4.3 Message Content & Timing
